Behind the masks

Masks Optional follows the working process of Bzaka and the Owlgod, the experimental electronic duo of Efthymios Stavropoulos and Filippos Gklinavos.

Made at the conclusion of a project supported by Droom en Daad, the documentary brings together conversations about their approach, moments from the making of four albums and footage of their live performances. Each album was created in collaboration with a soloist.
